Lanzhou Caikong Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lanzhou Caikong Company") was established in March 2025 and is a state-controlled commercial and trading enterprise. The company's main business scope includes supply chain management services, sales of metal ores, sales of non-metallic ores and products, sales of petroleum products, sales of coal and coal products, domestic trade agency services, and international freight forwarding services, among others.

The company has a registered capital of 50 million yuan, with Lanzhou Financial Holdings Company contributing 33.5 million yuan (accounting for 67%), Lanzhou International Port Multimodal Transport Company contributing 10 million yuan (accounting for 20%), and Xigu Urban Investment Company contributing 6.5 million yuan (accounting for 13%). The company has three departments: the Business Department, the Finance Department, and the Office, and currently employs 13 cadre staff members. It has established over 20 internal control systems covering business, finance, and comprehensive management.

Since its establishment, the company has aligned itself with the "Belt and Road" initiative and leveraged the financial strengths of Lanzhou Financial Holdings Group and the geographical advantages of Gansu (Lanzhou) International Land Port to actively engage in bulk commodity trading and supply chain management services. As of July 31, 2025, it has achieved a trade volume (including tax) of 373 million yuan.
