Gansu Apples: "Natural Honey Core" from the Loess Plateau
Gansu Province, a premier apple-growing region in China, nurtures exceptional apples on the Loess Plateau. With altitudes over 1,500 meters, 2,500+ annual sunshine hours, and a 15℃+ daily temperature difference, our apples develop a unique "honey core" and rich flavor. Jingning Apples (National Geographical Indication Product) and Lingtai Apples are celebrated for their vibrant color, crisp texture, and sugar content as high as 16-18°Brix. Varieties like Red Fuji, Huaniu (Red Delicious-like), and Ruixue meet EU standards, exporting to over 20 countries in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
We select fruits from 8-year+ mature trees, adopting "organic fertilizer substitution" and intelligent water-fertilizer management to ensure pesticide residues ≤0.005mg/kg (far below national limits). Each apple undergoes 180 days of natural growth, hand-picked, graded, and cold-chain preserved to maintain ≥90% honey core integrity. As a key agricultural exporter in Gansu, we offer customized packaging, full traceability, and stable quarterly supply, delivering "sweetness, crispness, and reliability" to global buyers.
